Beat It takes a holistic approach to health, utilising both resistance and aerobic training modalities, lifestyle modification, motivation, physical activity and nutrition, to help achieve the best health outcomes for people with or at risk of diabetes and chronic disease.

90-minute classes weekly for 8 weeks

Beat It aims to provide people with or at risk of diabetes, heart disease and other chronic conditions with a safe, evidence-based, cost-effective, community-based physical activity and lifestyle program.
