About Jenna Sullivan

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Clinical)

Exercise is about more than looking good, that's just a bonus to it.

Exercising to better your health requires building the foundations for you to develop sustainable, lasting habits that become routine. A holistic approach to improved health and well-being considers dietary habits, sleep hygiene and stress management in addition to exercise.

Foundation Exercise Physiology provides clinical exercise interventions prescribed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Your exercise physiologist specialises in interventions for a broad range of individuals, who may be at risk of developing or have existing, medical conditions and injuries. We aim to prevent acute and chronic disease or injury and assist in restoring your optimal physical function, health or wellness.

Exercise physiology is exercise based and includes health and physical activity education, advice and support, group fitness classes, strength programs and lifestyle modifications with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change. We are trained to screen, assess and apply clinical reasoning to ensure exercise-based interventions are safe and appropriate for your needs and goals.

At Foundation Exercise Physiology we provide a supportive and positive environment. We understand the barriers and challenges to creating lasting behaviour change, and your friendly clinician is here to listen and guide you through your journey to wellness.
